What I do
Four roles. One aim: movement.
I don’t sell a method or a programme. I bring people, ideas and opportunities together, in whichever role is most useful at the time.

01 · Ambassador
Ambassador
When I believe in something, I get behind it.
Sometimes a business doesn’t need another adviser. It needs someone who understands its story, opens doors and brings the right people together. I only put my name to businesses I genuinely believe in. That’s what gives it value.
- What that looks like
- Sharing a business’s story where it matters.
- Opening doors to partners, customers and investors that would otherwise stay closed.
- Staying involved for the long term, not just one project but the wider ambition.
- Who it’s for
- Businesses with a strong story that want to reach the right people sooner.
- How it often starts
- A conversation about what you’re building, and why I should believe in it too.

02 · Connector
Connector
Sometimes an opportunity starts with one introduction.
I love the moment I think: you two should talk. After years in business, I know many people. But the value isn’t in the number of names. It’s in spotting a connection that doesn’t yet exist.
- What that looks like
- Bringing together two people who haven’t met but need each other.
- Passing a question to someone who has found the answer before.
- Helping businesses in the region discover what they can offer each other.
- Who it’s for
- Entrepreneurs and businesses with a question where the right contact can make the difference.
- How it often starts
- Tell me what you’re looking for. Often, a name comes to mind over a single coffee.

03 · Sounding board
Sounding board
One entrepreneur to another.
Sometimes you don’t need an adviser. You just want to talk to someone who has run a business, made decisions, made mistakes and taken chances. As equals, honestly and with no agenda.
- What that looks like
- Looking at a question from another angle together before you decide.
- Thinking aloud with someone who has no stake in the answer.
- Setting aside regular time to step back from the day-to-day rush.
- Who it’s for
- Entrepreneurs and directors looking for someone to talk things through with as equals.
- How it often starts
- An open conversation. No intake, no programme: just seeing if we click.

04 · Inspirer
Inspirer
Curious about what tomorrow might bring.
AI, technology and new ideas interest me, but not for their own sake. The question is always: what can entrepreneurs do with them? I share what I see, bring ideas together and help teams look beyond the next step.
- What that looks like
- Sessions where ideas collide until something new emerges.
- Making sense of what AI and new technology mean for your business in practice.
- A story that gets a room moving, rather than a presentation.
- Who it’s for
- Teams, leadership teams and networks looking for fresh energy and a new perspective.
- How it often starts
- A question you don’t yet have an answer to. That’s exactly where we begin.
What it rests on
Where I make a difference.
Not a list of services or a set method. Six things I keep seeing work, often coming together in one good conversation.
- 01
AI
Turning new technology into opportunities that are relevant to entrepreneurs.
- 02
Connecting
Bringing the right people together can deliver more than a hundred pieces of advice.
- 03
Brainstorming
Combining ideas until a possibility emerges that was not there before.
- 04
Communicating
Making a story clear, and getting people moved enough to come along.
- 05
Ambassador
Putting my name, energy and network behind companies I believe in.
- 06
Sparring
Looking at a question together from a different angle, before a decision is made.
What I don’t do
Let’s be honest.
- I don’t quote for six-month programmes.
- I don’t use one method for every business.
- I don’t write reports that end up in a drawer.
- I don’t put my name to something I don’t believe in.
Let’s meet
Perhaps we should have a chat.
Have a business, an idea or a challenge you think I could help with? Or would you simply like to exchange thoughts? I’d love to hear from you.
