Waiting for certainty feels sensible. But I made my best decisions when I didn't quite know yet.
Something I've noticed in many conversations with entrepreneurs: the hardest decisions are rarely delayed by a lack of information. They're delayed by a lack of someone to talk to.
You usually have enough information. What's missing is a second pair of eyes, free from the same assumptions. Someone who asks: what happens if you don't do it?
Certainty usually comes after you've decided.
That's why I believe in entrepreneurs talking things through together. Not to be given the answer, but to reach your own answer sooner.
